If a certificant certification status is denied, revoked or suspended or the recertification denied due to a Policy#39 violation the certificant they must immediately stop displaying that they are NICET certified. NICET will provide notice to the certificant within 10 business days, of the following -required corrective actions and deadlines, prohibiting promotional use of the certification, and appeal rights, with reinstatement dependent on demonstrated remedies, differing from permanent revocation by allowing potential restoration upon fixing the issues.
