Through an arrangement with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the NICET Fire Protection exams will allow candidates to access a selection of NFPA standards on-screen during their exams. We will start with the FAS exams on March 25, 2024. As NICET rolls out updates to the remainder of Fire Protection exams, we will add the feature to those exams as well. The on-screen view will allow search the references for keywords. Test takers will continue to have the option of bringing hardcopies of allowed references into the exam.
